Personal Training and Group Fitness Classes

We have nationally certified personal trainers and group fitness instructors to help you meet your individual health and fitness needs. We have a 1000 square foot private gym/fitness studio where we offer the following services:

Personal Training: This is a one-on-one session with one of our personal trainers. This is appropriate for anyone from novice to expert, as your trainer with create a specific training program to help fit your needs.

Yoga: Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines stretching exercises, controlled breathing, and relaxation. Yoga can help reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and improve heart function. A complete body workout for improving strength, flexibility, and balance.

Pilates: Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance. It emphasizes spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and development of a strong core.

Zumba: Zumba Fitness or the Zumba program is a dance fitness program that involves dance and aerobic elements. It combines Latin, pop, and hip hop music with a fun and effective workout system.

Fitness Boot Camp: This is a more intense calorie burning class that combines cardio and strength training intervals designed to improve overall strength and endurance. This class will push you to reach all your fitness goals.
